All ready to ship pieces are shipped within 3-5 business days of order placement & are shipped via USPS Ground advantage with tracking. USPS - GA is NOT insured. If you would like a package insured I am happy to do so, but you must make these arrangements at time of order. Insurance results in additional fees that need to be arranged before an item can be shipped. You also have the option of signature conformation for added piece of mind. Please keep in mind I cannot guarantee shipping safety after it leaves my possession. Please email me if you would like more information on insurance. 

A separate email will be sent when your order is shipped with your tracking number. Please double check your shipping address & contact information at checkout. Buyer is responsible for supplying correct delivery information.

Shipments are all processed & carefully hand-packaged by me for safe delivery.

All items are final sale and are not eligible for return, Unless there is an issue with the item that resulted from my error.

Silver Care

• Silver naturally tarnishes over time.

• Avoid wearing your jewelry while showering, swimming, or washing hands.

• Store pieces in a sealed bag or jewelry box when not in use to protect them from humidity.

• Use a polishing cloth (like a Sunshine cloth) to easily restore shine.

Stone Care

The stones I use are natural, unique, and one-of-a-kind. While beautiful, they can also be delicate:

• Avoid contact with harsh chemicals, lotions, or soaps.

• These substances can cause discoloration or staining.

Repairs & Policies

• Mountain Mama Silver is not responsible for broken stones after purchase.

• If a silver element breaks within 1 month, I’m happy to work with you on repairs.
